Pilot cohort and early access

Build operational AI governance with your team, before scale makes it harder.

Every new application joins the early-access waitlist for a future verified, read-only orientation view. Complaix separately reviews whether up to five organisations are a fit for a two-week, evidence-led pilot around AI use, accountability, decisions and risk review.

An application is a reviewed expression of interest. It does not create an OS account, client workspace, agreement, payment obligation, editing right or data-connection authority.

Cohort structure

01

Fit review

An accountable Complaix reviewer assesses the organisation, intended use and whether a two-week pilot or early-access waitlist is the appropriate next step.

02

Two-week selected pilot

Up to five selected organisations agree a bounded scope, named owner, data purpose and review plan before any pilot access.

03

Early-access orientation

When released, waitlist organisations receive a verified, read-only orientation view. It does not provide editing, tenant administration or data-connection access.

What the programme is for

A practical route from scattered AI use to accountable operations.

Map accountable AI use

Build a shared record of priority AI uses, named owners and the evidence needed for review.

Make governance operational

Work through risk, decision and control routines that teams can use in day-to-day operations.

Create an evidence trail

Organise selected governance records so accountable teams can prepare for internal review and assurance work.

COAGS® Methodology is the Complaix Operational AI Governance Standard. The programme is designed to test and refine the operational workflow with accountable human review. It is not a certification, legal conclusion or automated compliance decision.

Founding pilot cohort

A bounded Proof of Value pilot, then a clear continuation decision.

Every organisation begins on the early-access waitlist. Complaix separately reviews fit for up to 5 selected organisations to run a 14-calendar-day, scoped pilot. The work is designed to evidence practical operational value, not to create an automatic renewal or a broad production rollout.

14-day pilot

Named owner, agreed objectives, exclusions and review questions.

What can be evidenced

Selected AI uses, accountable owners, risk and control review, and organised evidence.

Human decision point

Structured review of findings and whether a separately scoped continuation is appropriate.

Apply

Join the early-access waitlist

Every new application is recorded to the early-access waitlist. Complaix then separately reviews pilot fit. The selected pilot is two weeks; early access, where offered, begins as a filtered read-only orientation view. Please do not include personal, confidential or client data.

0/2000 characters

Every application starts on the early-access waitlist. Pilot selection is based on separate fit and readiness review. An application does not guarantee a pilot, early-access view, place or commercial relationship.

Why apply before an OS workspace is created?

It keeps the first conversation focused and data-minimised. If there is a mutually suitable pilot, Complaix and the organisation can agree the accountable owner, scope, exclusions, privacy and data-purpose requirements, rollout plan and separate access setup before any client workspace is introduced.
